Well the new fuel pump from the oracle of ebay has arrived and sitting near Mabel in the unit. She is just happily biding her time, sitting there, lapping up the love that everyone bistowes upon her.
Whilst searching around ebay for bits and bobs and general knowledge of morris minors, it has come to the writers attention that Mabel is not at all unusual for morris minors to be named. In fact it is more usual for these classics to be named.
Some enqueries were made about MOTing Mabel and it turns out no seatbelts are required, as long as there is a moterbike crash helmet, no windscreen in required and not much more than the indicator flags putting back is really needed to get this old girl MOT'ed and taxed!!
